Every 26 minutes, an Australian like Kaylee is told they have blood cancer.
At just 7 years old, Kaylee's life changed.
"When Kaylee started to complain about sore legs, bruising easily and being lethargic, we took her to the GP, who sent us straight to hospital. We received her blood cancer diagnosis that night.
At the time, it was earth-shattering. Our world as we knew it had changed forever.”
- Kaylee’s mum Alana.
“No matter how much chemo we threw at her, she couldn’t reach remission. Our only option was to temporarily move to Sydney for four months to have a life-saving stem-cell transplant.
We fought so hard to keep her here.
The Leukaemia Foundation were there for us throughout our whole journey. They were just a phone call away."
- Kaylee’s mum Alana.
Thanks to generous supporters like you, Kaylee and her family never faced blood cancer alone. When they travelled to Sydney for her stem cell transplant, they were able to stay in Leukaemia Foundation accommodation, close to the care she urgently needed. Alongside this, a dedicated team of healthcare professionals provided ongoing emotional and practical support — helping the family navigate diagnosis, treatment, and life beyond blood cancer.
This support changed everything when it mattered most — made possible only by donations like yours.
Your $26 is powerful. For a limited time, make your impact go twice as far.

FAQs
What is the Give26 Campaign?
In 2026, the Leukaemia Foundation is asking Australians to stand up and support Australians facing blood cancer, by donating $26 for the one person who is diagnosed every 26 minutes.
How does matched giving work for the Give26 campaign?
Starting on the 3rd February 2026, all donations made to the Give26 campaign, will be matched dollar for dollar, up to a total of $10,000. The campaign will run for a limited time – until either the allocation is exhausted, or 5pm AEST on the 27th February.
All donations above $2 are tax deductible.
How much are we hoping to raise and where does the gift go?
During the matched giving campaign, we are hoping to raise $20,000 to help provide care and vital services to Australians living with blood cancer.
Who is providing the $10,000 matching gift?
The matching gift has been sourced from a Matched Giving fund generously donated by the Julie Maas Charitable Trust. They have kindly agreed to match this campaign dollar for dollar up to $10,000. Their matched gift was received by the Leukaemia Foundation prior to the launch of this campaign.
What will happen if the person providing the matching gifts decides to pull out of the campaign?
In the unlikely event that the matching donor decides to withdraw the matching gift, the campaign will stop. We will notify people of this event via this page and anyone who has donated to the matching campaign will be notified via email.
Will my gift be matched if I donate to other donation forms on the Leukaemia Foundation or World’s Greatest Shave websites?
No. Only gifts made to this page will be matched.
What will happen when the allocation has been exhausted?
Once the matching amount has been exhausted, this page will be updated that the matching campaign is no longer running. This announcement will be made in a reasonable time-frame and may be impacted by the time of day when the allocation is exhausted. Donations will still be accepted as part of the Give26 campaign and will still go towards providing care and vital services to Australians living with blood cancer.
What happens if the $10,000 matching amount isn’t exhausted?
If the $10,000 matching amount isn’t exhausted, the donor may decide to donate or support the Leukaemia Foundation through other means, at their discretion.
